Steven MORVAN est ingénieur réseaux et télécoms de formation, issu des rangs de Polytech Nantes en 1995. Après un épisode de recherche universitaire et 3 ans dans une startup mancelle qui déployait les premiers réseaux haut débit en France, Steven rejoint le Groupe SIGMA juste avant l’an 2000 pour assurer progressivement plusieurs rôles : architecte, manager puis expert avant-vente sur différents domaines technologiques.
Steven devient responsable innovation du Groupe SIGMA en 2009, avec une vocation de facilitateur pour aider l’entreprise à se transformer et innover au sein de son écosystème étendu. Depuis 2013, il s’appuie sur le design thinking et l’approche agile pour proposer au sein du Groupe une démarche d’innovation centrée sur les usages, pragmatique et fluide, de l’idée à la réalisation concrète.
Steven MORVAN is a network and telecommunications engineer who emerged from the ranks of Polytech Nantes in 1995. After a period of university research and three years in a startup in Le Mans that deployed the first broadband networks in France, Steven joined the SIGMA Group just before 2000 to gradually assume several roles: architect, manager and then pre-sales expert in different technological fields.
Steven took over management of innovation at SIGMA Group in 2009, with a facilitator role to help the company transform and innovate within its extensive ecosystem. Since 2013, he has relied on design thinking and an agile approach to offer within the Group an innovative and practice-based approach which is action-oriented and flows smoothly all the way from the initial idea from the practical implementation.
