Webpolitics : the first 12 years, the last 12 months, and the 12 years ahead.

The idea of the talk is to give a critical view of what’s been at stake in the role of technology in the recent elections, with a broader look at history, and to provide some perspective on what we should handle next.

We will talk not about digital campaigning, but about the political structures and effects of networks on our identities, projections and engagement. We’ll talk about people getting elected and governing. And we’ll talk about what to do next, in a country where Marine Le Pen might have been elected (or not) and Trump impeached (or not).
