We need leaders !

Leadership is all about solving problems by providing a lasting, innovative solution. We need leaders who inspire others to take action.
We work hard to provide the best possible conditions so that each person can flourish. Each Theo-doer has a coach, whose goal is to help that person progress. The business’s rapid growth has meant that coaches had to understand precisely what they had previously been doing by instinct alone. As such, we identified the steps toward becoming effective coaches and ensure that each person could become a leader.
During this talk, I’ll talk about our values, about creating habits, Simon Sinek’s concept of “Why”, visual management, kata, dojos, and all the ingredients that are needed for each member of your organisation to become a leader and an innovator.
