Maxime DE BAILLON

Maxime is head of the Acquistion & Data team (SEA, CRM, SEO, Data Science & Growth Hacking) at ManoMano, responsible for building growth engines, personalisation systems and industrialising processes through machine learning. ManoMano is shaking up the DIY industry with a unique online offering and is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. Maxime has an engineering degree, and is passionate about marketing, data and finding hacks to accelerate growth. Before joining ManoMano, Maxime co-founded ciaoparis.fr a start-up for online rentals of vintage Vespas in Paris, won several innovation prizes and worked as consultant in the banking industry. Maxime completed a Stanford machine learning course online in 2015.
