Diplômé de l’École de Design Nantes Atlantique en 2012, Ian Ardouin-Fumat a fait ses armes aux États-Unis, où il a développé une pratique critique de la visualisation de données. Après un bref séjour au MIT Senseable City Lab, il a participé en 2013 au lancement de the Office for Creative Research, un studio New Yorkais explorant l’intersection des arts et des sciences. Il y a dirigé le design des interfaces et de l’expérience utilisateur pendant 4 ans.
Aujourd’hui, Ian explore les technologies peer-to-peer et leur potentiel pour notre liberté d’expression.
A 2012 graduate of the Nantes Atlantique Design School, Ian Ardouin-Fumat made a name for himself in the USA, where he developed a critical practice of data visualisation. After spending a short time at MIT ‘s Senseable City Lab, he took part in the launch of the Office for Creative Research, a New York-based studio that explores the intersection of art and science, in 2013. He led its interface design and user experience team for four years.
Today, Ian explores peer-to-peer technologies and their potential impact on our freedom of expression.
