How we build from scratch a design team & culture at BBC

A bit more than two years ago, BlaBlaCar was a startup were the terms “UX” or “Product Designer” didn’t mean anything. At that time, it was an eight-year-old product with a lot of design debt, but already 10+ millions members and almost 200 employees. Therefore, building a design team and culture wasn’t an easy job.

In this talk, we’ll take a look at a few key defining moments that shaped how we design with data, do user research, think about content design or build our design system.
