The customer is king – well yes, but the fact that he’s paying you for a service doesn’t mean he has the right to do whatever he wants. This conference is aimed at all young entrepreneurs and startups who want to get their hands on the keys to building strong customer relationships. As the founder of two companies and a startup, I will be sharing my personal experience to illustrate the tools and techniques I’ve implemented to build effective customer relationships.
